If you have not explicitly started a paid plan, access ends and nothing is charged. A card saved earlier does not start billing by itself. You can still subscribe later, including the launch offer if you have not used it.
No. The 14-day trial starts without a card. You add a card only when you confirm a paid plan. Launch pricing then lasts 12 months from the start of the first paid period.
Monthly plans renew at US$49, US$119, or US$199. Annual plans renew at US$490, US$1,190, or US$1,990. The subscription stays active. Extra users and branches you still have are kept.
Yes, from Settings › Billing, if your users and branches fit the new plan. A voluntary change moves you to that plan's regular price. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
The annual price equals ten monthly payments of the same phase and includes 12 months of access, not 13 or 14. It is charged upfront when you confirm the paid plan. At renewal, the same 10-for-12 rule uses the regular monthly price. First-year savings versus 12 launch monthly payments are US$78, US$198, and US$358. Renewal savings versus 12 regular monthly payments are US$98, US$238, and US$398.
Canceling renewal stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Canceling renewal is separate from any refund of a charge already made.
Included users and extra users belong to the whole company. The same person is not billed again at each branch. A branch is an operating location of the subscribing company, not a customer's service address. An extra branch does not include extra users.
Guided setup is a working session on the product as it is today. It covers configuration and does not add automatic import, advanced reports, or features that are not in the product. Growth includes one session of up to 30 minutes. Pro includes two sessions of up to 45 minutes, available in the first 30 paid days.
On Pro, assisted data export is help using the exports Operalis already offers: invoice PDF, estimate PDF, and timesheet PDF. It does not add new file formats, integrations, or a full export of data the product cannot already export.
Invoice payments go to your company's Stripe account on every plan. Operalis does not charge a platform fee on those payments for current plans. Stripe's own processing fees still apply.
